Melissa Conrad and Bud Thomas tied the knot on October 28, 2007. We just finished retouching thier photos and wanted to share some. Bud and Melissa picked a package that included an engagment session, a bridal session and full wedding coverage! So by the time we got to their wedding we were good friends!
The special thing about Bud and Melissa's wedding was that Jeremy Lawson from Big Smile Studios photographed the bridal session and wedding alongside Dawn. We just think it's wonderful that two photographers can be such great friends and can come together to produce awesome images.
Bud and Melissa were married at Elfindale Chapel! The girls were able to get dressed in a room at the Elfindale Mansion, a bed and breakfast adjacent to the Chapel, which made for some great getting ready pictures. After Bud and Melissa had their private moment when they were able to see each other for the first time the whole wedding party loaded up in a limo and headed to Downtown Springfield for a photo shoot at Level 2 Lounge. A bottle of wine and a few hundred pictures later we were ready to get these two married.
After a beautiful ceremony everyone made their way to Bass Pro for a party in the White River Room! Great food, energizing music, lots of dancing and favors of Julie's Chewies made it a night to never forget! Congrats Bud and Melissa!
