My Preppy Michigan Wedding

Here's a sneak peek of the wedding we are currently working on! Bill and Cindy had a weekend of fun planned for all their guest. It started off with the rehearsal BBQ on the beach, with live music and great food to later be followed by a bonfire and s'mores. The theme of the wedding was "Preppy Preppy Preppy!" The Bride wore an amazing dress that was accented with Ric-Rac and the guys wore green Seersucker jackets. After lots of communication over the last year with Cindy and her coordinator Drees Cline with An Affair to Remember we were excited to fly to Michigan for the awesome event. I hope you enjoy the photos we have posted, there will be more to come.

Upcoming Wedding

Here are some shots from Christy and Gordon's E-session in KC. Their wedding is coming up on September 15. It sounds like they are going to have an awesome lake front wedding at D'Monaco Resort on table rock lake. I don't want to give away their secrets but they will have some fun and non-traditon elements to their special day. I promise to show you shots of dancing under the stars and all the special details. Can't wait to see Christy and Gordon again at the wedding.

Jason & Kathleen Engagement

I just have to say a HUGE Thanks to Jason and Kathleen for letting me just do my own thing. They were just up for anything I threw at them. Jason is my daughters swim coach, and he is awesome. She just adores him, so needless to say, I wanted to return the favor and give them both a great session! Again, thanks to you both, and I am looking forward to Kathleen's Bridal session.

Hana & Steven's Wedding

Oh goodness... this wedding was a BLAST!!! It was at the Cresent Hotel in Eureka Springs, AR. If you've never visited, you NEED to make a trip because it's GORGEOUS. We've been waiting to shoot a wedding here, and we were so excited to finally get a chance to do so. Plus, this couple is always has such a fun time together; and just from their engagement pictures a few months back, we knew the wedding day was going to be AWESOME fun but also flow really smoothly at the same time, and it certainly did!!! And here's a fun fact... they actually flew out to New York to have a second reception!!

Neal, Stormie, Will, & Olivia

Neal and Stormie have been some of our (my husband Sean and I) closest friends for some time now. My poor friends usually get pushed aside and don't get wonderful sessions every time, but with this family, we decided to really dedicate some good time to getting some shots for them. And it sure paid off!! We had so much fun, as I'm sure you'll be able to see...

To Stormie and Neal: Thanks guys for being such amazing friends!! Both of you and both of your children have always been nothing but a blessing to us... Love you all!!!

Graziella & Jason's Wedding...

Wow! There were so many cool/unique things about this wedding; I don't even know where to start!! Yes, I do. First of all, it was a sunrise wedding... that was definitely a first for us. But it was SO. COOL. We started taking pictures long before the sun was up... and it was so peaceful!! Also, it was outside at Nathaniel Greene Park (by the way, if you want an outdoor wedding, this is a PERFECT place...), and the seats were set up in a circle around the minister, bride, and groom. Then the wedding party came in from the fours corners!!! All these different things added up for a really, really unique, beautiful, and unforgettable wedding!!!

Congrats, Jason and Grazi!!

Along with us photogs, they also had a couple of their friends that are artists whip up a few masterpieces during the ceremony :)

The couple also got to sneak away during the ceremony and have communion by themselves. I'm sure it will be one of their most treasured memories from their special day...
